The City Traffic Simulator is a Unity package designed to help creators build immersive city environments. Key features include:
- Procedural and randomized city generation for unique and varied environments
- Advanced AI systems for realistic car and pedestrian behavior
- Traffic lights system for a more realistic traffic flow
This package is currently in alpha version, with more updates and improvements planned for the future.
To install the City Traffic Simulator, follow these steps:
- Install the HDRP package from the Unity Registry (note: the plugin also works without HDRP, but materials may need to be reimported).
- Install the AI Navigation plugin developed by Unity com.unity.ai.navigation.
- Copy the ProjectSettings folder from the package and replace your existing Project Settings files.
- Open the Sample Scene and either generate a new city or press play to start the simulation.
