This package allows you to quickly populate downtown areas, urban sprawl, and other cityscapes with a variety of office buildings. The pack includes over 80 buildings and features optional nighttime lighting effects. It's optimized for low draw calls, using only four materials. Note that this pack is best suited for top-down, aerial, or medium-distance views, and is not recommended for first-person views.
Each building has a moderate polygon count of 400-5000, and automatically culls rooftop details at a distance. The package includes 512x1024 textures for diffuse, normal, roughness, and ambient occlusion maps.
