The asset pack includes a complete scene with a parking area, main entrance, conference rooms, congress halls, chat rooms, bar, studio, rest areas, and stairs. It also includes 93 game-ready props, such as constructive elements, furniture, and other decorative items. The scene can be used as a starting point for your games and 3D projects, and the provided Post Processing stack ensures a similar light setup as shown in the video. You can customize the textures and materials to fit your project's needs.
