This package contains over 200 unique, modular sewer environment sections and props, designed to help you build realistic and immersive sewer environments. The assets are scaled to a true-to-life scale, with a core scale factor of 1.5 meters / 3 meters. All assets are prefabbed and ready to use, with textures and Unity materials provided. The kit includes a wide range of assets, including main sewer areas, corridor areas, room pieces, metallic props, pipes, wooden props, lighting, debris, foliage, electrical props, and other props. The textures are provided at 256x256 for an authentic low-res feel, and materials are compatible with the SRP pipeline, with easy updates to URP/HDRP materials.
