The Form controller is the main component, where all the actions happen. It has the main 'Form controller.cs' script attached to it, where all the magic goes on. You can customize every element of the asset from there, change the background, add after-submission actions, log in to your email account, and more.
The Form controller contains the 'Form Holder' game object, which is the parent game object for all the fields you create from the panel menu.
