EKV Terrain Shader Generation is a user-friendly tool that allows you to create customized shaders for terrain-like meshes. With a few clicks, you can generate shaders that support multiple texture-layers, shadow casting, directional lights, point lights, fog, and more. The shaders are compatible with Built-in RP and URP, and can be used on any mesh or Unity Terrain.
The generated shaders are distance-based by default, but can be toggled to height-based. They support a range of features, including:
- Normal maps
- Emission color and maps
- Gloss / Specular
- Cubemap reflection
- Blending noise
- Polar region layers
- Water flow/wave simulation
You have full control over most parameters, accessible from script on runtime if needed.
