This package utilizes tesselation LOD techniques to achieve complex terrain environments with minimal resource consumption. The saved meshes are optimized for mesh colliders, and the actual in-game mesh is dependent on level of detail (LOD). The package includes camera occlusion culling for even more efficient terrain rendering.
The package contains three terrain tools:
- Mesh Generator
- Terrain Tiles Mesh Slicer
- Tesselation library for creating LOD Terrain Shaders (Shaderlab)
All tools require a heightmap texture to function correctly.
